A life fulfilling program about appreciating your past, embracing your present, and building your future.  It's about developing a renewed sense of purpose and vision based on your past accomplishments and deepest aspirations and about clarifying your career and work direction for the next 10 years, i. e., the next chapter of your life.  Expected Outcomes: Assessment of the 12 human basic needs and determine where you want to invest your time and attention in the future; creation of a personal LifeMap™, including the goals, actions, and support network needed along the way.

 

Dimensions of Leadership®

In a successful organization, leaders can be found at every level, from the boardroom to the mailroom, from  the chairman's office to the customer service desk.  This is particularly true in organizations that have abandoned hierarchies in favor of a flatter, team-oriented approach to leadership and management.  Leadership is also important in Total Quality Management and is one of the evaluation criteria for the Malcolm Baldridge quality awards.  The Dimensions of Leadership Profile is a multi-faceted and comprehensive tool for developing effective leaders and committed followers.  Expected Outcomes: Participants will be able to: describe the various leadership styles, approaches, and traits; analyze how their values and priorities affect and contribute to their individual leadership style; adapt their leadership style to the individual needs of their employees and to specific situations; create a work environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation; apply skills and strategies to lead successful personal and organizational change.

 

Resolving Conflicts at Work®

Provides guidelines for developing win-win resolutions while preserving relationships at work when conflict and disagreements occur.  Expected Outcomes:  Creates teambuilding and consensus building; uses problem-solving and decision making techniques to meet the needs of everyone affected; develops interpersonal and communication skills; understands and successfully implements organizational change.

Expected Outcomes: Identifies "change champions";  leaders; high-performance teams; opens lines of communications; creates trust and commitment to mission and corporate goals;  improves performance and productivity.

 

Transition – Your Personal Path Through Change®

Guides participants through the emotional transition of "what was" to "what will be".  Change is successful only when participants reorient and adapt on a personal level to the changing needs of the situation.  Expected Outcomes: By allowing participants to start wherever they are in the transition process, they will gain more personalized learning, greater impact, and better outcomes regarding opportunities that change can offer.

 

Taking Inventory of Your Strengths & Weaknesses®

Provides participants with techniques to identify their occupational strengths as well as personal characteristics and behaviors that complement their professional strengths.  Appropriate Behavioral Assessments tools such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator  (MBTI), DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior, or Campbell™ Interest & Skills Survey (CISS®) will be introduced to assist participants in revealing personality/behavioral and occupational tendencies.  Expected Outcomes: Participants be able to identify their most powerful and marketable skill sets and how they can always "stay-in-demand" because of their skills.

 

Discovering Diversity®

Individuals explore differences and recognize the reality of individual uniqueness in the workplace from all standpoints, ethnically, socially, economically, educationally, etc.  Expected Outcomes: Participants will be able to identify their opinions and feelings about workforce diversity; increase both personal and workplace productivity; expand their appreciation of differences; and identify potential areas of conflict and gain insights to achieve positive resolution.  

 

Time Mastery®

Shorter deadlines, competing priorities, endless meetings, interruptions and ever higher quality expectations are just some of today's time challenges, and yet the number of hours in the day remains the same. Helps participants to understand and value their contribution to successful innovation teamwork by helping them to identify their individual approach to teamwork.  Expected Outcomes: Clarifies roles and reinforces strengths of all team members; encourages understanding, team innovation, and problem solving; achieves high-performance team results through effective individual contributions.

Focus Point® is about YOU, FOR YOU, so you can make the CHOICES that will bring the RESULTS you want.  Understanding your thoughts, feelings, and behavior is what Focus Point® is all about.  Expected Outcomes: Focus Point® will help you answer the following questions: Why am I feeling like this? Why do I act the way I do? What's working well in this situation and what isn't? Is there another way to look at things? Is my behavior the same or different in another situation?
